Repair

Repairing boards is our core business. We understand that your board is your treasured possession so we take as much time as needed to do the perfect repair. The process is as follows:

  • Email Photos of the damage to us.
  • We'll provide a quote to fix the damage.
  • Send the board to us and we'll inspect the damage and give a firm price for the repair and an estimated repair time.
  • Once your happy with the price we will go ahead and start the repair.
  • We will keep you updated with the progress and let you know when its ready to be shipped back.

Postage

For boards less than 2.5m (including packaging) it is possible to send board by most carrier.

Lots of people have had good sucess with interparcel (http://www.interparcel.com) (£20 for insurance upto £1000)

Parcel force will take it using their express 48 large service and costs around £33 (extra for insurance)

Another option is Paisley Freight (https://www.paisleyfreight.com) . They will deliver a board for £20, but wont insure except for total loss.... We've had one board delivered by paisly which looked like it was used as packing material between two sharp objects.

For boards greater that 2.5m the options are fewer. The best option I've found is Paisley Freight, who will deliver door to door for £33.
